Data Shared With CRMs

When a shopper requests help or submits a lead, relevant customer information can be transmitted to the dealership CRM or other systems you configure. You control which integrations are enabled.

Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention specifics are available upon request.
